We take a professional approach to proper floor care. All floors are sanitized daily and buffed 2 days out the week or as need it. Our professional staff will produce a shine on your floors which is normally found in showrooms or corporate meeting rooms. By implementing a preventative floor care program, we help lower your costs for stripping and waxing.

CARPET CARE
 Our carpet care system is one of the best in the industry. The way we are able to accomplish this is to maintain your carpets daily. Spot cleaning is done daily, while carpet shampooing is completed quarterly. This gives your carpet a daily cleaning and helps eliminate the need for an outside service, saving your facility these higher costs.

PROJECT WORK
 As part of our staff’s daily routine, each facility is set up with a unique daily project schedule to fit the facility’s needs. This system sets us apart from the average cleaning service. We provide your facility with detailed cleanings which are not normally done by outside services.

INFECTION CONTROL
 A quality childcare environment is Hyp-tro Building Services mission. We use US regulated, high quality chemicals to disinfect and fight disease to combat any form of bacteria and microorganisms. Green cleaning products are free of harsh or health threatening chemicals.
 MSDS sheets are provided to each facility along with emergency clean-up kits for those situations which can occur during normal hours of operation.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS
 Daycare Cleaning Services inspects facilities on a daily and weekly basis to ensure client satisfaction. Managers and District Managers perform facility inspections according to the highest possible standards.

MONTHLY ADMINISTRATOR/OWNER REPORTS
 These reports are provided for each facility to inform you of schedules, progress, areas of concern and inspection results. The area manager meets with the administrator/owner monthly to review.
