Training And Development

We deliver a full spectrum ongoing training and development agenda designed to enhance job- related performance.
We have an important and successful strategy of recruiting our cleaning operatives mainly through introductions by existing employees through word of mouth recommendation. This, along with candidate screening via our application forms and interviews, strengthens even further the level of security that we are able to offer our clients.

Empowering Growth: The Role of Training and Development in Enhancing Skills

Full induction training is given to each of our new employees. This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods to a BICS level of competence, a full COSHH and Health & Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism and attention to detail that we insist upon and our clients expect.
