This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods to a BICS level of competence, a full COSHH and Health & Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism and attention to detail that we insist upon and our clients expect.

Introduction to Hyp-tro Effect Cleaning Technique
Begin with an orientation session where you introduce the Hyp-tro Effect technique to the new employees. – Explain the importance of this technique in achieving high-quality cleaning results. – Provide an overview of the six steps and how they will be implemented throughout the training.
Demonstration
Show a video or live demonstration of a skilled cleaner using the Hyp-tro Effect technique. – Highlight key movements, the sequence of actions, and the attention to detail required. – We encourage employees to observe closely and ask questions.
Hands-On Practice
Allow employees to practice the Hyp-tro Effect cleaning technique in a controlled environment. – Provide them with all necessary equipment and a checklist of tasks to be completed using the technique. – Supervisors will be present to offer guidance and correct any mistakes.
Feedback and Adjustment
